How to navigate the go-to Previous step function

The Go to Previous Step function in the Payroll Report process allows you to easily navigate back to a previous step to review or modify earlier inputs. This feature is available from Step 2 (Select Employee) to the Payroll Result step, providing flexibility in making adjustments. However, it’s important to note that this function will discard any changes in the current step and reload the data based on the last saved state.

Utilizing the Go to Previous Step function allows you to conveniently make changes or review earlier steps in the payroll report process. Be mindful that any unsaved adjustments made in the current step will be lost, and the data in subsequent steps will revert to the last saved state. Ensure you recheck your data after modifying, as the steps will regenerate based on the updated inputs from earlier steps.
